Our director Rev. Fr. Georgi Pallikunnel: Enlightened with a prophetic zealous. “Here is my servant, whom l upheld, my chosen, in whom my soul delights, l have put my spirit upon him, he will bring forth justice to the nations”. (Is: 42/1)

This holy scripture becomes real in the life of our beloved Rev. Fr. Georgi Pallikunnel. He is an eminent spiritual leader with firm determination. He is a spiritual man of divine version, deliverance, healer and prophetic knowledge. We the members of Tabor Retreat Centre proud to say that he is the innovator of all the new ventures, that happened in the history of Tabor Retreat Centre and he made drastic changes in the life of thousands.

Rev. Fr. Georgi Pallikunnel born on March 29th 1968 at Ezhumuttom from a devoted couple of Mr. P.V Joseph and Thresiamma Joseph Pallikunnel. He brought up in the spiritual atmosphere of Tabor Retreat Centre, from there he said ‘YES’ to his divine call. After his basic education he joined the St. Joseph Seminary Kothamangalam. He completed his philosophy and theology from St. Thomas Apostolic Seminary Vadavathoor, Kottayam. Ordained priest on 26th Dec 1996 bt the Excellency of Mar George Punnakkottil, Bishop of Kothamagalam. He spend his first five years of priesthood serving in various Parishes as Assistant namely St, Xavier’s Church Chemmanar, Kallupalam, Cathedral Kothamangalam, Forane church Vazhakkulam and Forane church Vazhathope. He put effort and worked hard to uplift two filial churches to Parishes namely Thannikandom and Kallar.

There after he was appointed as Vicar in different churches of which the remarkable one is St. jude Town Church Adimaly. During his service as Vicar St. jude travelled a lot in this short span of time. Among the drastic changes he made in the history of St. Jude Rosary Garden and the declaration of Pilgrim Centre are the remarkable – events. Along with this he carried on his ministry as an outstanding retreat preacher and spiritual guide in the Diocese of Idukki and Kothamangalam. During the same period he was Director of Idukki Diocesan Pastoral Centre and the Director of Diocesan family Apostolate.

Now he serve as Vicar St. Joseph Church Nellikuzhy and striving to meet the religious needs of Parishioners with role model
